Exmortem is a Danish death metal band from Aarhus .
history
The band was founded in 1992 under the name Mordor by Søren Lønne (vocals and bass), Henrik Kolle (guitar) and Mike Nielsen (drums). A short time later the band renamed itself to Exmortem . In 1995 Exmortem's first album "Labyrinth of horror" was released on Euphonious Records. This was followed by a few label changes before signing a contract with Earache Records for the album "Nihilistic Contentment" . None of the founding members are active in the music group anymore.
