The Fédération Française de Basket-Ball ( FFBB ) is an association to organize, develop and popularize basketball in France . The association is recognized by the Ministère des Sports and by FIBA .
The association was founded in 1932. Before that, basketball was organized by the Fédération Française d'athlétisme . In 1933 the FFBB was recognized by the FIBA.
