Level

The term level (also stand height called) is defined as the amount of liquid or bulk material in a container . When filling refers to the substance, the material or commodity, as the net capacity is in the interior of a container.

Depending on the container and filling material, the fill level can be determined by means of a fill level measurement using various measuring methods and shown on a display according to the requirements .

The remaining space between the filling level and the container ceiling is also known as the ullage .
