Fürstin Eboli is a historical novel by the German writer Johann Parlow , in which the Spanish-Portuguese lady-in-waiting and politician Ana de Mendoza y de la Cerda is the eponymous main character.

Princess Eboli, who is known to be domineering and who has been missing her right eye since a fencing accident, begins a relationship with both the king and his minister. Dramatic conflicts are the result.

The book was published in two volumes by Otto Janke's Berlin publishing house in 1891.
