Sevojno Užice ( Serbian - Cyrillic Севојно ) was a Serbian football club from Sevojno, a district of Užice .

history

The club was founded in 1950 and played in the Sevojno Stadium, which had a capacity of 2,000. The club rose to the Serbian second division for the first time in the 2006/07 season . In the 2008/09 season, the club surprisingly reached the final of the national cup after defeating the favorites Red Star Belgrade 2-1 in the semi-finals .

On June 24, 2010 there was a merger with the third division club Sloboda Užice from the same city, initially with the name Sloboda Point Sevojno . This played after Sevojno had made it to second place in the 2009/10 season, in the 2010/11 season in the Serbian SuperLiga . Since the 2011/2012 season, the united club is again called Sloboda Užice.
