Unfit to drive

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A person is unfit to drive if they do not have the time and situation-independent ability to drive a vehicle . This qualification is defined as an indefinite legal term in the Traffic Act. Fixed minimum conditions are linked to the physical and mental performance necessary to drive vehicles. A person who is unfit to drive represents an unacceptable danger for himself and for other road users when driving a vehicle.

The inability to drive can sometimes be confused with it.

A person is therefore unfit to drive if they are under the influence of medication , alcohol or other drugs , are very tired, or are unable to drive a vehicle safely in traffic for any other reason .
