Family Code (Russia)

Family Code of the Russian Federation ( Russian Семейный кодекс Российской Федерации ) is the Russian family law codification and main source of Russian family law. It was passed by the Duma on December 8, 1995 (last version: November 12, 2012). The law consists of 8 sections, 22 subsections and 170 articles.
