Feel good manager

The Feel Good Manager (also Chief Happiness Officer or Chief Culture Officer in English-speaking countries) has the task of ensuring that work is sustainably improved in all areas. Feel Good Managers are there to meet the needs of all employees and to promote constructive cooperation.

Feel Good Management is a combination of different approaches; so there are also many interfaces to personnel development . The possible tasks are accordingly varied. You are responsible for corporate culture and the point of contact for employees. You act as a health manager, conflict advisor and communication trainer and as a central interface between the executive floor and employees. Possible areas of responsibility include internal communication, team building, help with entry into the company for new employees ("onboarding"), health and facility management. You plan company events and excursions, take care of healthy eating in the company and the concerns of employees.

At the end of 2014, the number of Feel Good Managers in Germany was estimated at 50, at the end of 2015 at 100.
