Fei Lian

Fei Lian (also: Fie Lien, literally "flying cape") is a wind god in Chinese mythology who releases his winds from a large sack. He is considered a troublemaker who is subdued by the heavenly archer Shen Yi . Fei Lian is mostly described as a winged dragon (bird dragon) with the head of a deer and a snake tail. In his human form he is called Feng Bo .
