Fine socks are socks that women usually wear with half-open shoes and trousers. They are also known as stockings .
This special shape of the stocking is made of nylon and is therefore made of the same material as the typical fine tights.
DEN number for fine socks
As with tights, the thickness of socks is given in denier . The lower the DEN number, the more transparent the socks are. Particularly transparent models have a DEN number of around 8. Socks with 20 DEN correspond to the standard.
