Financial reporting

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Financial Reporting (abbreviated FinRep ) is a procedure for the Committee of European Banking Supervisors and subsequently the European Banking Authority published (EBA) report on the standardized financial reporting and transmission of financial and credit institutions.

The report was initially designed only for credit institutions that use IAS / IFRS for their published financial reports and must periodically submit similar reports to their supervisory authorities. Since Regulation (EU) 2015/534 of the ECB of March 2015, all credit institutions have to submit their financial data.

FinRep enables uniform, simple and cross-border data exchange.
