Flavius Merobaudes was from Hispania derived from Late Antiquity Latin poet in the 5th century.

In a poem Merobaudes glorified a triumph of the Roman army master Aëtius . As a thank you, he received a statue on the Trajan's Forum . According to the inscription on this statue that has been preserved, Merobaudes had the rank of vir spectabilis and worked at the imperial court as comes sacri consistorii . The few fragments of his work that have survived suggest that Merobaudes mainly composed eulogies, that is, was a panegyric .
