Fly and glide was a German magazine focusing on hang gliding and paragliding .

The magazine was founded in 1975 under the name Drachenfliegermagazin (Drama) and was published by Ringier Germany. The editor-in-chief was Werner Pfänder . The magazine appeared monthly; later, after being sold to the Jahr Top Special Verlag , ten times a year. In the mid-1990s, the growing editorial share of paragliding topics was taken into account with a renaming to Fly and glide . The last issue of the magazine appeared on October 16, 2008.

At the beginning of 2009, the Austrian Thermik Verlag bought the rights to the Fly & Glide title . Parts of the editorial team and the rubrics were taken over into the magazine paraglider .
