Forum Związków Zawodowych (FZZ) is the name of a Polish trade union federation that split off from OPZZ in 2001/2002 . It unites members mainly in public services and local government, in the railroad and in state enterprises, of which there are still 1400 (as of December 2007). In 2005 FZZ tried in vain to forge an electoral alliance with the populist Samoobrona Andrzej Leppers .

According to its website, FZZ represents 400,000 members.

Its seat is in Warsaw .

FZZ has been a member of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) since March 2012 .
