Francesco Rivera is an Italian road cyclist.

Francesco Rivera finished third at Chrono Champenois in 2002 . In the 2004 season he was Italian champion in the individual time trial of the U23 class. In 2006 he finished second in each of the one-day races Isola Vicentina and Firenze-Modena.
