Frank Feighan
Frank Feighan ( Irish Proinsias Ó Fiacháin , born July 4, 1962 ) is an Irish politician of the Fine Gael .
Feighan's political career began in 1999 when he was first elected to Roscommon County Council . In July 2002 he was elected to the 22nd Seanad Éireann , the upper house of the Irish Parliament . A year later he resigned from Roscommon County Council .
In the general election in May 2007 Feighan was elected in the constituency of Roscommon-South Leitrim for his party in the 30th Dáil Éireann . His seat in the Senate became vacant. Since the legislative period ended in July of the same year, there was no replacement.
