Franz Zehetmayer (politician)

Franz Zehetmayer (born November 25, 1884 in Feuersbrunn ; † January 25, 1973 ) was an Austrian politician ( CSP ) and business owner. Zehetmayer was Deputy Governor of Lower Austria from 1921 to 1925 and from 1926 to 1932 a member of the Lower Austrian State Parliament .

After finishing elementary school, Zehetmayer attended the wine and fruit growing school in Krems an der Donau and then took over the family business. He did military service between 1914 and 1918. Zehetmayer held various functions in agricultural cooperatives and was Deputy Governor of Lower Austria from May 11, 1921 to January 30, 1925. After that he was a member of the state parliament from November 29, 1926 to May 21, 1932.
