Deprivation of Liberty Act
The short term for the Deprivation of Liberty Act means:
- In the past, this was mainly used to describe the law on judicial proceedings in the event of deprivation of liberty , also known as FEVG or FreihEntzG for short. It was a federal law that expired on August 31, 2009 and was replaced by the provisions of the FamFG that came into force on September 1, 2009 .
- Currently, this is still the name given to the Hessian law on the deprivation of freedom of mentally ill, mentally weak, drug or alcohol addicts .
