Gföhlerwald open-air theater
The open-air stage Gföhlerwald is an open-air stage in the Gföhlerwald in the municipality of Gföhl in the Krems-Land district in Lower Austria .
The open-air stage offers space for up to 3000 visitors. From 1988 until today the Karl May Festival takes place on the Gföhlerwald open-air stage .
Since the beginning of 2017, the Blauensteiner family (stage owners) have been managing the stage again with the operating event company "World of Fantasy Event KG". For the 30th stage anniversary there will be an anniversary event in 2017 with a prominent cast.
