Friendship, trade and shipping treaty

A friendship, trade and shipping contract is a contract that is usually concluded bilaterally and regulates political and economic framework conditions.

One of the best-known treaties of this type is the "between Prussia and the states of the German Customs Union on the one hand and Argentina on the other" of September 19, 1857.
