Peacekeeping

A military unit from one or more uninvolved countries is often referred to as a peacekeeping force , which is to intervene to restore public order in a state or region.

The United Nations provide z. B. Blue helmet soldiers as peacekeeping forces.

The nations that oblige blue helmets determine the modalities of the draft themselves. In Germany, the soldiers who take part in such missions often volunteer for the often high-risk missions.
