Eat half

With Eat half (short: FdH ) is commonly a form of calorie restriction referred. Without changing the composition of the previous diet, the amount is simply reduced by a certain percentage. The number of meals remains the same.

criticism

  • Unwanted substances can still be supplied in excess.
  • Deficiency symptoms can occur in the desired substances.
  • The amount added so far is usually not known, so half can only be determined imprecisely.

On the other hand, the diet makes sense if only half of the unhealthy food components are consumed.
