Fruit spread

The fruit spread is a spread made from sugar and preserved fruits that does not fall into one of the categories defined in Directive 2001/113 / EC of December 20, 2001 on jams, jellies, marmalades and chestnut cream for human consumption and in the German Jam Ordinance.
