Günter Dibbern (born September 20, 1946 in Rendsburg ) is a German manager. Until 2010 he was CEO of Deutsche Krankenversicherung AG (DKV).

Günter Dibbern completed an apprenticeship as an insurance salesman with the Iduna insurance group from 1963 to 1966 and worked for the Iduna insurance group from 1966 to 1968. From 1969 to 1971 he studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences with a degree in business administration. From 1971 to 1975 he studied economics (Dipl.-Volkswirt). In 1975 he joined Deutsche Krankenversicherung AG. From 1990 to 2003 he was a member of the board. From 2004 to 2010 he was Chairman of the Board of Management of Deutsche Krankenversicherung AG and a member of the Board of Management of ERGO Insurance Group AG, from 2005 until his retirement, Dibbern was also Chairman of the Board of Management of Victoria Krankenversicherung AG.
