GB standard
The GB standard (GB stands for G uo b iao, so 國家 標準 / 国家 标准 , G uójiā B iāozhǔn - "National Standard", short: 國 標 / 国 标 , G uó B iāo ) forms the basis for the product test, the one CCC -pflichtiges product as part of the CCC certification must go through. If the product cannot be assigned to any of the product groups previously defined by the PR China for certification and there is no corresponding GB standard, then no CCC is necessary. The GB Standard is published by the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China , an institute comparable to the Deutsche Institut für Normung e. V. (DIN) .
GB automotive standards
A car itself is subject to certification, and numerous individual components are also subject to CCC. The parts certification offers the most comprehensive coverage, otherwise the products could be held at customs when they are imported into China. The following GB standards apply to the individual parts subject to certification:
