GS Holdings is a South Korean company headquartered in Seoul .
The company was formed in 2005 through a spin-off from the South Korean LG Group . GS Group operates in the energy, trade and construction sectors through its subsidiaries. The subsidiary GS Sports is the owner of the soccer club FC Seoul . In 2007 the company generated operating revenues of 420.2 billion won (≈210 million euros).
