Gaius Cassius Primus

Gaius Cassius Primus (full name form Gaius Cassius Gai filius Pupinia Primus ) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD .

An inscription found at Baeterrae and dated 100/200 shows that Primus was prefect of a Cohors I Raetorum . The inscription also shows that he was still in command of a Cohors milliaria . Primus was inscribed in the tribe of Pupinia .
