Gaius Valerius Celsus

Gaius Valerius Celsus was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD .

A military diploma dated January 19, 103, shows that Celsus 103 was in command of the Ala I Pannoniorum Tampiana , which was stationed in the province of Britannia at the time.
