Gaius Vettius Capitolinus

Gaius Vettius Capitolinus was a Roman painter who worked in the 1st century BC. Was active in Rome .

He is only known from a funerary inscription found in Rome in which he is referred to as a painter ("pictor"). The tombstone is now in the Museo Nazionale Romano .
