Gas measurement
The gas measurement is a process of geochemical analysis and prospecting with the objective in the gas phase hydrocarbons to find that provides evidence of oil or gas deposits. The gaseous hydrocarbons trapped in the underground deposits can migrate or diffuse to the surface of the earth, where they can be detected in the soil air. Gas chromatography is usually used as the analytical method .
