Gaudenzio Comi
Gaudenzio Comi (* around 1749 in Civitavecchia , † 1790) was an Italian composer of the pre-classical period .
Life
Gaudenzio Comi belonged to the circle of symphonic composers working in Milan. He settled in Paris in 1784, where he worked in the service of Prince Conti . In 1768 Joseph Riepel mentioned the Comi symphonies in his theoretical work Indispensable Notes on Contrapunct .
