Counter container

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the construction of water supply networks , a counter tank is understood to be a drinking water tank which , as seen from the waterworks , is located behind the supply area or in the bypass to the feeder line and which therefore only reaches the drinking water not required by the supply area . In other words, one speaks of a counter tank when the supply network is between the water extraction system and the water storage tank . The greatest advantage of counter tanks for the supply area is the supply from two sides, which leads to increased security of supply .
