Common area

Common area is a term from building and planning law . The building code regulates in § 5 (content of the land use plan) and § 9 (content of the development plan) the representation and definition of these areas in land use and development plans . Only facilities and facilities that serve the general public , such as day-care centers , schools, churches, social or cultural buildings and facilities, may be built on such areas .
