The Genossenschaftsverband Weser-Ems eV (GVWE), based in Oldenburg (Oldb), is an auditing, advisory and support association for the member cooperatives in Northern Germany.

tasks

The main tasks are the examination, advice, education and representation of interests of the affiliated member cooperatives. The educational institution of the association is the cooperative academy Weser-Ems (GAW Rastede). An academy hotel is affiliated.

history

The association was founded on July 19, 1890. He was granted the right to examine on August 6, 1890 by the State Ministry of the Duchy of Oldenburg .
