The location of the fourth season of Geordie Shore is Newcastle upon Tyne , as in the second season . It was first broadcast on November 6th on MTV . Since Jay and Rebecca are no longer there, two new residents get on: Scott Timlin and Dan Thomas-Tuck. The focus of the season is Vicky, who is in a crisis with her fiancé Ricci and has an argument with Sophie that divides the whole family. James hurt Holly by announcing that he had a new girlfriend. Season 5 was announced in early 2013 .
