Overall management authority

With the overall management authority , several people are only jointly authorized to make a decision. Violates a person this rule, the other can optionally damages request, provided that a material damage.

The opposite, when each managing director is allowed to represent the company individually, is called sole management authority .

The advantage of the overall management authority is the mutual control of the various managing directors among themselves. A lack of spontaneity and flexibility can be named as a disadvantage.
