Sex corners

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The genitals (perineal glands, glandulae perineales , or inguinal glands , glandulae inguinales ) are located on both sides of the anus / the genital opening in rabbits of both sexes. In these genitals there are glands that secrete a strongly smelling secretion that signals to the rabbits that they are dealing with a conspecific.

In most cases, rabbit owners are advised to check them regularly in older or weak animals and to clean them if necessary.
