Speed regulator
Speed controls can work in the following ways:
- by means of fuel quantity control , see cruise control
- by clocked power interruption, see chopper (circuit)
- through electronic (mostly digital microprocessor-based) speed control in electric drives (with or without servomotors), see vector controller or servo controller
