Company law (Austria)
The Company Law regulates the internal and external relations of societies .
If several people pursue a common purpose, they can found a company to pursue the same. You can choose from various structurally different types of society, each of which is prescribed by law. There are sometimes serious differences between the types of society. In particular in the establishment modalities, the body and liability structure as well as in the area of application. Differences in tax and social security law must also be taken into account. The following types of company are available:
