Gladiator's Pearls
The Gladiators Pearls Cheerleaders ( GPC ) are a Swiss cheerleading group of the Cheerleading and Cheerdance Association Switzerland (CCVS).
history
The GPC were founded in February 2011. Since then, they have represented the Gladiators , the American Football Team (NLA) of both Basler at all home games.
In addition to stunts and cheers on the sideline of the pitch, the GPC are also there to entertain the audience at halftime with a halftime show. This consists of dance , pyramids, stunts and jumps.
Since 2013 they have also been involved in official cheerleading championships and have been part of every championship that takes place in Switzerland.
From 2013 to 2015 they specialized in group and partner stunts. In 2015, they competed as a whole team for the first time at the European Open under the “Senior Coed Cheer” category.
