The Gloster Gamecock was the last biplane - interceptor , the airframe was made entirely of wood.
history
The Gamecock was used in five different squadrons of the Royal Air Force and three squadrons of the Finnish Air Force until July 1931 . Since this type of aircraft was very manoeuvrable, it was also used for aerobatic demonstrations such as B. used in Hendon .
