Golden Gate Beach is a sandy beach with a few rocks in the south of the Australian state of Western Australia . It is located near West Cape Howe in West Cape Howe National Park .
The beach is 200 meters long and up to 30 meters wide. It opens towards the south. The four-wheeled Golden Road leads to the east end of the beach.
Golden Gate Beach is not guarded by lifeguards . It is classified as extremely dangerous by SLSA (Surf Life Saving Australia).
