Goran Nisavic

Vuk Goran Nišavić (* 1973 ) is a Serbian American football official . After graduating from high school in the United States , he studied at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. In 2005 he became President of Beograd Vukovi , with whom he was Serbian champion seven times and the Central European Football League five times . In 2014 he was elected the first chairman of IFAF Europe .
