Griserde

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Griserde is a degraded black earth (Chernosem) . It is formed from a black earth with advancing soil development in the course of weathering processes and stronger infiltration of surface water with moderate rainfall. Their formation causes a climate change from a semi-arid steppe climate to a humid climate. Gris soils are not considered as a separate soil systematic unit in the current 5th edition of the soil mapping guide .
