Gruber, Titze & Partner was the leading German marketing consultancy based in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe .

history

Originally founded in 1974 as Gruber, Titze and Blank , it traded under the above name after partner Georg H. Blank left in 1990.

After initial professional experience at Procter & Gamble, the founders founded a management consulting company with a focus on branded goods companies. The company initially acquired a reputation as a leading marketing consultancy and later, with around 500 employees and around DM 123 million in sales, it became one of the three leading management consultancies in Germany. It also offered executive search services . After Hansjörg Gruber left at the end of 1992, Wolfgang A. Titze and the partners sold the management consulting part of the company to the Cap Gemini Group in 1993. With that the company name went under.

Initially, the management consulting business was continued as an independent German subsidiary of Gemini-Consulting. Later, after further takeovers of B. Bossard and Ernst & Young Consulting integrated into the parent company Capgemini .

In the course of a management buy-out in January 2001, the personnel consulting activities were bundled in a new company, which operates under the name 'Gemini Executive Search GmbH'.
