Policy Commission

A policy commission is set up by parties , associations and institutions to develop models for their fundamental strategic line and direction. In politics, such commissions often have the task of preparing templates for an important party congress .

A policy committee analyzes the relevant political, social and cultural developments of the present and derives a structural and development plan from this, which it considers necessary in the medium and long term for the organization using it.

Fundamental commissions are of particular importance in the political parties . Her special task there is to advise the party leadership and the party congress on questions of fundamental political values and principles . The principle commission discusses basic questions and basic theses of the self-image of the party.
