Guardium is a remotely controlled armored vehicle of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). It belongs to the group of unmanned security vehicles (USV). The manufacturer is the Israeli consortium G-NIUS from Israel Aerospace Industries and Elbit Systems .

The vehicle has been tested by the Israeli army since 2008 and can be used at airports, on roads and off-road, for example on the border with the Gaza Strip . Guardium has a speed of up to 80 km / h and a payload of up to 300 kilograms. It can be equipped with cameras and audio communications, but also with weapons. A further development is Avantguard , an Unmanned Ground Combat Vehicle , a kind of remote-controlled tank. Guardium now has 60,000 operating hours.
