Gudmund Vindland

Gudmund Vindland (* 1949 in Oslo ) is a Norwegian writer . Vindland lives and works as a freelance journalist in Oslo.

His best-known works are the novel Der Irrläufer and its follow-up novel Sternschnuppen . Both works are about the young Yngve Vilde and depict life as a gay man in Norway in the 1970s and 1980s. Sex, drugs and Karl Marx play important roles in both novels.
