Gunnlöd

Gunnlöd (old Icelandic Gunnlǫð , hence also Gunnlöð written) is a giant of Nordic mythology . It helps Odin for theft of Skaldenmets Odroerir. Gunnlöd is Suttung's daughter and therefore Gilling's granddaughter .

At Bölverki þeir spurðu, ef hann væri með böndum kominn eða hefði hánum Suttungr of sóit. 110. Baugeið Óðinn hygg ek, at unnið hafi; hvat shall hans tryggðum trúa? Suttung svikinn hann lét sumbli frá ok grætta Gunnlöðu.
