Härtsfeldhausen is located southeast of the city center of Bopfingen and south of Flochberg and is connected to traffic with the district roads K 3316 and K 3296.
The hamlet lies on a plateau of the Swabian Alb , the Härtsfeld , after which the place is named.
history
Härtsfeldhausen was first mentioned in 1278 as Hertveldhusen . The place belonged to the von Hürnheim , a Konrad von Hürnheim had a seat in the place between 1310 and 1317. The Schenkenstein taverns were later the main owners.
In 1872 Herdtfeldhausen had 123 inhabitants.
